Please see attached files (below), in accordance with Chapter 514 of the Law, wherein districts must post on their websites their audited financial statements, any corrective action plans prepared in response to the audit and any audits issued by the Office of the State Comptroller. Districts must also post on their websites their final annual budgets and any multi-year financial plan adopted by the Board.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of North Collins Central School District for the period beginning on July 1, 2021 and ending on June 30, 2022, have been examined by Lumsden & McCormick, LLP, and that the management letter prepared in conjunction with the external audit by Lumsden & McCormick, LLP has been filed in the District office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to §35 of the General Municipal Law, the governing board of North Collins Central School District has authorized the preparation of a written response to the management letter and has filed such response in the District office located at 2045 School Street, North Collins, NY as a public record for inspection by all interested persons.
